  • Browsers Not Starting in Sandbox

    I hope this is the correct topic for this. I can no longer get browsers to start in a sandbox, within Cloud Anti-virus (free version). I have reformatted the system drive, reinstalled Windows 10 (1903) and reinstalled Cloud Anti-virus. I still cannot get a browser to start. I click on an icon, get a "working" icon, but nothing ever happens, even after waiting 5 minutes. I would appreciate any guidance to resolve this.
